The client's technical and operational challenge was to overcome purely reactive fault detection in the Corretor Online (COL) system and the high costs imposed by traditional market tools. To ensure business efficiency, it was necessary to guarantee total visibility over critical flows and closely monitor the availability of 40 on-premise machines.
Zappts' Role
To solve this pain point with technical excellence, Zappts acted in the implementation of custom synthetic monitoring using the Playwright framework. The applied engineering began autonomously simulating internal logins and external user journeys, covering navigation in menus, home pages, and chat. The solution centralized all operational observability in Dynatrace, structured automated alert generation via Google Chats, and began providing visual evidence — such as screenshots and videos — to streamline troubleshooting.
Results
The deployment of the new monitoring architecture generated proactive incident identification, enabling the team to act long before any failure could impact the end customer. The solution delivered continuous visibility for the Network Operations Center (NOC) through real-time updated dashboards, which consolidated a massive increase in the operational reliability of the Corretor Online system.
