The main challenge was to mitigate incompleteness and ambiguity in mass data requests. This scenario generated constant rework for operational teams and significantly hindered quality assurance in testing, mainly due to the lack of adequate context in the requests.
Zappts' Role
The technical response to this inefficiency was the development of an interactive artificial intelligence agent called "Edward Cullen", focused on supporting the work of QAs and POs. The agent actively guides these professionals during the validated collection of 12 mandatory fields, structuring and transforming scattered requests into exact technical specifications ready for use.
Results
The implementation consolidated the automatic generation of standardized technical documentation (Markdown) ready for action. With the direct integration of this flow into development subtasks, the company managed to eliminate unwanted interruptions in developers' work and began to ensure the precise distribution of the correct inputs to each responsible area of the project.
