The client sought to modernize its technology platform, with the main challenge being the replacement of legacy systems with more scalable solutions. This modernization was necessary to improve processes, expand the service offering, and ensure greater security and operational efficiency.

To solve the problem, we formed dedicated squads to evolve the application and improve HR channels. The solution involved restructuring IT using agile methodologies and microservices architecture, which allowed optimizing security, efficiency, and user experience.
Results
With the restructuring and applied testing, the process for loan recovery via boleto was automated. The platform gained automatic account validation for inter-bank transfers and the password recovery functionality directly in the application. Additionally, the app was updated to ensure compatibility with Android 13.
