The client needed to develop a new user journey in the official app of The Town festival sponsor within an extremely aggressive deadline of just two months. The goal was to support the strategic objective of doubling the active user base to over 2 million. This brought the enormous complexity of coordinating multiple teams and refactoring the login screen, demanding impeccable operation to mitigate the risk of outages given the extremely high volume of simultaneous accesses expected for the event.
