Client Challenge
The main challenge at Patria Investimentos was to automate manual work routines. To achieve this, it was necessary to design and implement a secure and highly efficient multi-agent architecture, as well as resolve the high technical complexity required for integration with the Salesforce API.
Zappts' Role
We played a fundamental role in optimizing and automating relationship processes by designing an architecture with orchestrated multi-agents, multilingual (PT, EN, ES), and integrated with diverse communication channels. By centralizing intelligence and data flow in a dedicated layer of specialized AI agents, the solution eliminated the need for complex manual interactions with legacy systems. As a result, business teams began consuming CRM data and customer profiles directly in their daily work tools with security, resulting in greater agility in meeting preparation and value delivery to clients. We contributed to the design and development of three focused AI agents: one agent for automating CRM records; another agent for generating preparatory PDF reports; and another agent for quick customer profile queries.
Results
The project culminated in the delivery of a robust system after 390 hours of development and 7 improved versions. Currently, the solution operates with over 50 integrated workflows and over 40 specialized agents, ensuring maximum precision in operational data management.
