Client Challenge
The main challenge at Patria Investimentos was to automate manual work routines. To achieve this, it was necessary to design and implement a secure and highly efficient multi-agent architecture, as well as resolve the high technical complexity required for integration with the Salesforce API.
Zappts' Role
We played a key role in optimizing and automating relationship processes by designing a multilingual architecture (PT, EN, ES) fully orchestrated via n8n and integrated with communication channels (WhatsApp and Teams). By centralizing intelligence and data flow in a dedicated layer of specialized AI agents, the solution eliminated the need for complex manual interactions with legacy systems. As a result, business teams began consuming Salesforce data and customer profiles directly in their daily work tools, resulting in greater agility in meeting preparation and value delivery to clients. We also contributed to the design and development of three focused AI agents: the Activity Creator Agent, for automating Salesforce records; the Briefing Book Agent, for generating preparatory PDF reports; and the Client Profile Agent, for quick profile queries.
Results
The project culminated in the delivery of a robust system after 390 hours of development and 7 improved versions. Currently, the solution operates with 44 workflows and 43 agent nodes, ensuring maximum precision in the management of operational data. The entire flow was structured using n8n, Salesforce, WhatsApp API, MS Teams and PostgreSQL technologies.
