Client Challenge
The core challenge of the project was to create an efficient and secure process for the strategic collection, organization, and use of data from technical visits carried out on farms. To achieve the required level of excellence, it was essential to unify several fronts, which included ensuring accurate data capture, enabling automatic report generation, optimizing teams' field time, and integrating scheduling, sales management, and role segregation functionalities.

To solve these operational bottlenecks, Zappts developed a solution focused on the complete optimization of the technical visit flow, aiming to increase representatives' efficiency and directly improve relationships with farmers. Applying Design Thinking and UX/UI Design methodologies, our team structured a simple and highly intuitive system, with the critical differentiator of working offline, thus ensuring that operations would not be interrupted by lack of connectivity in the field and fully meeting user needs.
Results
The adoption of the new system successfully solved the operational and registration problems that field representatives historically faced. As a direct impact, the operation achieved a significant improvement in the efficiency of technical visits, delivering an interface that intuitively served the end user.
